Don't come here by Taxi, otherwise you'll have to pay the ridiculous cover charge. If you take their Limo, you can get by with a $7 cover for the unlimited drinks. Anyhow, I'm a fan of this place given the amount of hands on action I've had outside of the VIP. That said, it's cost me a pretty penny but it was worth it in the end. A few of the girls will try to hustle you for the different types of private rooms (couches vs angled beds). Just tell them no as there are more girls who will provide quality service upfront. Plus, if you can develop an honest rapport then you won't leave unhappy.

From the times I've visited, the girls will swarm you asking for a dance. Some will chill and have some conversation before asking and some will just sit on your lap and grab your cock.

I've had dancers in the 7-8 range and one 9 who tends bar in the afternoons, but there is a wide variety of looks that should please most folks. It's a chill place, but I imagine can be crazy when it's crowded.
