I was in Louisville for business...

I was in Louisville for business and ended up being done right about the time PT's opened. I was the first guy there. Within about 5 minutes they had their first dancer on stage.

In talking with her, it appears that there are new rules at the club. I have no idea if this is a new law change. Basically, the dancers, while dancing, are not allowed to touch the patrons who are tipping. There used to be good contact at the tip rail, but those days are evidently gone.

She did explain that the lapdances were the same. Basically good one-way contact. I made her prove it by taking her to the back and she was right. You still can't expect much two way contact here, but they can get all over you.
