My wife and I were in Tampa recently, and instead of visiting Mons Venus, our usual choice, we opted to try Ybor Strip. We arrived around 11 pm on a Saturday night. The club is located in an industrial district near Ybor, which is very deserted at night. However, the parking lot is next to the building and is well lit. I had the coupon of the web and my admission was $10 and my wife's was only $5 (much better than Mons $20 each). There was a one drink minimum - soft drinks or water for at $5 each. There were a couple of dozen customers, and maybe 10 dancers. Dancers were 6-7 range, with a lot of enhanced boobs. Lap dances happened in what appeared to be a semi-private area. There was one large, loud group of guys receiving most of the girls' attention, and very few circulated among the rest of us. We stayed probably 45 minutes with no dancers ever approaching us. The other down side was that the club was quite smokey, whereas Mons is smoke-free. Next time we won't waste our money, but will go to the Mons instead.
