I am really wishing I would...
I am really wishing I would have checked TUSCL before wasting my time here. So I stopped by on a Thursday around 4pm. The previous reviews are accurate. Nice and big, high end looking. Lighting seems a little low in some areas making visibility a little odd for a strip club. All in all, looks pretty good and sure, they can work out the bugs on lighting and the like. Now the problems begin.
First of all, I was told it was a "soft opening" more than once. Who gives a shit? I'm there. I'm paying full price for everything. Good to know there is an excuse for having 4 dancers visible for the hour and a half I was there. And they were really nothing worth looking at. I am not sure if they fully understand what that means. If most people that go in there are like me, they won't be back. So basically, until they get their shit straight and actually deliver what's promised, why would anybody return? By pulling this 2 month long "soft opening" they are killing any chance of survival. If they have a bunch of better talent planned for the real opening, they would be working now. So they are telling me that while the real talent is waiting for the real opening, they are purposely only letting a few hood rats work each shift while the hot ones sit home collecting unemployment for a few more weeks? I call bullshit. Hoping and praying isn't a business model. All those lies will get is at best one more visit after the real opening. Once people realize it was bullshit, they won't be back. I know I won't be.
Coliseum and Players are a mile down the road and those places deliver (usually.) The staff seemed nice about everything, but one would think a better business model would be a free drink or something for the waste of time. Charging full price for everything for a soft opening with no dancers is basically stealing from those that go there.
