I went there last Thursday afternoon...

I went there last Thursday afternoon and there were several changes in the Club. I was told a few months ago that there had been a change in the club manager, and maybe this explains it. The overall atmosphere is less friendly and laid back and more hustle. They seem to have an all new group of dancers and every 30-60 seconds I got a mechanical "wanna dance ?". No preliminary conversation and a lot less smiling than I'm used to at the HiLiter.

They now have a small VIP area walled off in the back. The sign says it is $25 admission and $25 per dance. No one used it while I was there.To make room, they seem to have simply pushed all the existing tables forward, so the club feels more cramped, especially along the side wall. There isn't as much room for the dancers and there is lots of stepping on toes as people walk by.

The girls are still great looking but the atmosphere is more"corporate" and less "neighborhood". If this keeps up, I may need to find a new favorite club.
