I haven't been into Cheetahs in...

I haven't been into Cheetahs in a minute so I decided to check it out with my buddy. Went in around 430pm on a Saturday (3/8/14) and it wasn't very busy. I noticed they have done some renovations to add more privacy in the back of the club and in the VIP area upstairs. We sit down and it takes the waitress about 10 minutes to get to us, the club isn't busy. She takes our order, we both get doubles and it takes another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks, the club isn't busy. I talk with her about the renovations and she says the owner spent a million dollars on them. I know it's 2014, but I guess a million doesn't go that far at all. When we actually get our drinks and taste them they are ultra smooth, so smooth, that they appear to lack almost any vodka at all. He tastes my drink, I taste his, absolutely lacking any vodka taste. I go to the bartender and tell her we ordered a double, she's like yeah, I poured one. Vodka is my primary drink, I know what cheap stuff tastes like and what good stuff tastes like, this was almost no taste at all. She agrees to "top it off", we see here topping it off directly from an Absolute bottle, we don't mix it and just take a drink, still nothing at all. We sit back down, tip some girls and finish our "drinks". I have gotten basic vodka when I paid for premium and have even been short poured on shots and other things of that nature. I have never actually experienced an establishment water down their liquor, I know it exists but have never experienced it. I will not be going back to Cheetahs at all. I thought about escalating the situation with management, but for what? The only way businesses feel it is through lack of spending and that's what I did. It may have been a rogue manager or just a decree from ownership, but that doesn't fly at all with me. There were very few actual dancers at the club itself, they need to put a fork in this one.
