Hit Fantails around 5pm on a rainy Thursday afternoon. Only one girl working and she was sitting at the bar with the four customers. A few other girls started to arrive as I was there but never came out to the public area. I was told the dancers would be starting soon but I left before they did. No cover and $2 domestics during happy hour. The one dancer and bartender were very nice. Apparently the bar is now opening at 2pm but it was very quiet on my visit. The dancer did say they were not allowed to get topless anymore due to recent county ordinances. I also learned that this does not affect the strip clubs on Seaboard Street (just down the road) as they are in city limits and Fantails and Tiffany's are not in the city and are governed by Horry County.
