First went to Kahoots back in the early 1990s while I was in college and thought it was great. Food was good and the dancers were great (especially for a college guy who had never been to a club before). Never did a lap dance or anything like that back in the day - but still have very fond memories.

I don't live in Columbus anymore, but was sent there for a couple of days for work. I decided to go visit the place and see how it has held up. Structurally the place still looks good. A $5 cover as there were not very many people there. I remember the place being packed all the time, day or night back in the 90s. There were some hot dancers, however the going rate is $30 with no nudity (that’s Ohio’s issue) and no mileage to speak of. As with any club, YMMV, but I generally get very good mileage wherever I go. I tip well, am very nice and complimentary to all dancers, over 6 feet tall with an athletic build. I’m always dressed very well – in other words, I go out of my way to make sure the dancers know I am not some derelict of society. These few qualities go a very long way at most clubs. I think the lack of mileage stems from a Kahoots policy that is strictly enforced.

In the end, I would visit Kahoots again for food and girl watching – but I would skip if you are looking for dances.
