While visiting Charlotte for vacation my wife and I decided on a visit to the Men's Club to have a little fun and check out the local scene. Don't let the location of this club fool you as it is very nice but you do have to drive through a strip mall to find it. The building itself is quite large and very nicely appointed. The staff and flow of the place is very professional. The main room has very tall ceilings and an upper floor with each box looking out over the entire club. The main stage is spacious surrounded by tables and their are a few smaller pole stages off to the sides. I really was wow'ed by how nice this place was. The dancers on shift ranged from a single perfect 10, a few 8's and 9's and a few 6-7. Overall the quality of the dancers was good. I found that we were not approached at all by any of the dancers for a dance or just a chat even after we tipped at the stage. My wife and I have learned that sometimes coming in with your significant other puts up some kind of invisible force field keeping the dancers at bay so we often have my wife tip at the stage or try to strike up conversations to show that she is not a threat. This place just didn't ever produce. I thought it was just us but it turns out a lot of the girls were not talking to the men sitting in the audience; they seemed to stick to themselves or to regulars; kind of disappointing. The show was nice but that was about it for our experience.
