As others have said, you entire on the main level and pay your entrance fee. This is probably the last time you'll open your wallet while here.

You then head downstairs to a tiny area with a couple of rows of bench seats. Girls come down one at a time and perform. Performances are two to three songs, starting dressed and ending nude (typically). Every so often a pair comes down and does a girl-girl show. During each performance there is a mild amount of customer interaction. For example, they'll sit on your lab or rub their knee in your crotch, but touching is very limited - maybe legs, waist, back only. Hands are brushed away when going for anything more. I did get a bit of a grind while tied to the pole as part of one of the girl's performance. Entertainers are mixed between E. European/Russian, French and N. African. While I was there, half were French and half were E. European/Russian. One black girl (French/N. African) out of the 8 or so girls I saw in total. I was there for roughly two shifts.

This is not your typical Western strip club, performances are much more of an erotic "art" show than strip club. English is not very well spoken, but a big smile goes a long way. One of the Russian girls asked about a "private show". There are rooms on the main level where they will perform you while you take care of yourself. This was made explicitly clear and that touching was off limits. I declined.
