So for VA laws, this place is the best you are going to find in the No VA. area. It is beer and wine only. Reduced cover charge before 8pm, as well as the bar is cheaper before either 8 or 9pm. Good amount of girls walking around- not pushy at all. Sometimes a little too laid back. Because they are one of the only clubs that offer topless (pasties still on though) dances, they charge an arm and a leg. For 2 dances it is 60.00 topless, a 15 min (semi private) is 200.00. They have 2 VIP areas with bottle service. It is located at the front of the club next to the DJ booth and is a private room with a low curtain (anyone can still really see in). Little bit more freedom to let you hands roam but they bouncer is still watching somewhat. Little steep for pricing- 500.00 for a half hour.. If you really need a fix, then be prepared to spend some money.
