This place delivers on all fronts. If you want great Tacos, they are right out side. If you san cheap beers, they have a plenty. If you want rad music, they got that. Miss all of the cigarette smoke that was a mainstay of clubs in the US, they got that.

Make friends with your waiter (tip him generously). Get some drinks (and almost anything else you want). Scope out the scene and if your Spanish is not up to snuff, have your new waiter friend start the conversation for you. Buy your favorite lady some drinks to "get to know" her and if the shoe fits go upstairs for a little siesta.

Supposedly they remodels this place a few years back to film a movie in, still haven't seen that movie.
