Has the deal with the city...

Has the deal with the city killed this place? I had been here a number of times on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and had pretty good times ( and one very good time!). But since the new year the weekend afternoon scene has been dead, absolutely dead. I've been there on weekend afternoons twice since 1/1. The first time there was one girl who was fixated on one guy. The other time there were no girls. None. Zero. Nada. I can't usually get out in the evenings. The one time I did there were three girls, five customers, two waitresses and one barkeep. That was prime time on a Thursday night.
