Been back to the BZ a...

Been back to the BZ a few times in the past month, and overall I still like the place. However, I've noticed that some of the management has been becoming rather testy and obnoxious lately. For example, the DJ sometimes is a pain (they have a number of rotating DJ's, and I don't really know which ones are a problem), he runs lousy specials, he shortens songs too much during a special, and he plays the music uncomfortably loud. He also has a penchant for cutting VIP dances short; on more than a few occasions I had to inform them (along with the girl I was with, mind you) that they had shorted me significantly on the time. Although he did give me the time, I still feel it's very tacky to operate that way, and it really is not comfortable to have to "whine" about the 5 minutes! Aside from the fact that when you get into it with a girl, an early interruption usually ruins the mood, etc., and getting the five minutes is a waste of time.

Another example is when the Manager starts sneaking around in the VIP, causing the girl you are with to suddenly stop the "fun" stuff, and justifiably so! They should have more sense than that! If they want you to NOT have a good time, I guess what they're doing is good, but that would be downright stupid of them (duh!).

I still manage to have a good time, though, either with my old friends or getting to know some new ones. Recently I befriended a petite cutie pie called Ecstasy (a very appropriate name, I must say, she really exudes ecstasy in the dance booths!). Last week she told me she was having her birthday on Friday (I think), so when I came in today I brought her a single rose for her birthday. She was really happy about that, and she showed her appreciation in a big way when I took her for a VIP afterwards (lol). I can't figure out why I'm so crazy about her, she is not my type physically, though she is very hot, but she is very much my type in a "people" sense, very personable, responsive, and adorable.
