I've stopped in Temptations a few...

I've stopped in Temptations a few times over the years, both before and after the law change. While dances have changed, little else has. The club is still wicked dark and loud, particularly when you come in off the street during the afternoon. After paying the toll, I always grab a coke or water at the bar before finding a seat -- allows my eyes to adjust. The bartender is usually attentive in the evening/night, but during the afternoon shift, it's hit or miss. The layout of the club is pretty basic -- an odd, long VIP room to the right and a small stage in the back of the club. Seating was sometimes difficult to find at night prior to the law change, but is now pretty easy to find -- and absolutely no problem in the afternoon.

Prior to the MO law change, Temptations was a decent value for money. Girls often got naked on stage before swinging through the room, trolling for dances in the "VIP" room. Dances were hands-on, but the very open seating in the VIP room made much else difficult. My last visit a few weeks ago showed how much things have changed. After turning down several "wanna dance" offers, I succumbed to a private dance offer by an attractive blonde (early to mid-30's) working the afternoon shift. You used to get decent mileage dances, but this past afternoon's dances were tame, to say the least. If you enjoy a clothed lap dance with some grindeage, this is probably as good as you're going to get in Missouri. But if you're used to real lap dances in other states, probably not worth your money.
