Started going to this club about 20 years ago, when it was on 2nd street. It has ALWAYS been the #1 strip club in this military town. It has now moved just outside the western city limits of Lawton to avoid the restrictive covenants passed by the city on this type of establishment. Kim is the owner and always has been. She is a Korean business lady that runs her business in a hands on fashion. I decided to check out the new location. It was a busy Saturday night following a UFC fight (watched UFC fight at Buffalo Wild Wings). Cover charge was nominal and parking was kinda sketchy. Ordered a $6 beer and started watching. Crowd was about 97% male and 3% female. Crowd was about 50% military. There were about 15 dancers. Dancers were primarily athletically built ladies that were less voluptious than I desired. Dancers were primarily caucasion with a few latinos and asians. It seemed like each dancer had to have about six visible tattoos to be considered normal for this place. There was one main stage and one smaller dancing cage type thing. The dance floor was elevated and surrounded by a brass railing. The brass was pretty tastefully done. The main stage lady danced a song with her top on and then a song with her top off. Cage dancer was topless. There is a section of benches along the side for lap dances. This area is very exposed and offers nearly zero privacy. I have heard from reputable sources that on slow nights that the girls get extra friendly and allow roaming hands. On this night, it was packed and the ladies were acting like that they wanted the customers to just pay them for walking around. Received a lap dance and it was mediocre at best. My friend received a dance and reported the same. He is about 30 years old and he frequents the place. He said that the place seemed off that night. I watched one particularly big tittyed lady agree to do numerous lap dances (including mine) and then ignore the guys so that you could sit at the bar and make out with her lesbian butch girl friend at the bar. I hope that little girl on girl session was worth the $150 that she dumped by not working the floor and her customers. The long story short is that I really enjoyed the old Gold Dragon, but I do not plan to return to the new Dragon West. Too young, skinny and tattooed for my taste.
