Being in PDX, strip clubs are...
Being in PDX, strip clubs are just another bar, there just happen to be (usually) beautiful women dancing. This is one of my top 3, mostly because I just feel at home here. It's family run, seemingly by ex-strippers. During the day, there are usually 2 dancers, then 3-4 at night. I prefer the night because it gives you more time if you want multiple-song lapdances (which are $20 a song). Have gotten mileage from one or two of the girls, but mostly I just like to sit at the rack and drink PBR. Most weekdays and afternoons, you'll have no problem getting in/ or to the stage. Dancers have always been very friendly. There have been some really great pole dancers and flexible performers. A few clunkers, but usually they don't last terribly long at Mary's. As they're famous for, the music is through a jukebox the dancers manually feed w/ dollars, so you may have to pony up a few extra bills to get the show started. Usually, that just gets you a little extra attention anyway, which is a bonus! Main lapdance room is private and dark, but the secondary "room" is awkward and right next to a slot machine. Avoid this scenario if possible! To avoid the weekend cover, discreetly enter via the burrito bar around the corner. Head to the bathrooms and you're in Mary's!
