I went to PoleKatz on a Friday afternoon. They open at noon and there is no cover charge until 7pm. After 7pm, the cover charge is $10, but you can print off a free admission pass on their website to avoid the fee. If you park in their parking lot, you must do valet. If you park on the street, you can park for free. I should also note that the valet has no charge until 3pm. When I walked in, the manager was very friendly and oriented me with the club. The bartender, Amber, provided good service. The customer service here was excellent. That is one area most other clubs miserably fail at. A large stage with two poles and a large rectangular bar take up the middle of the room. A cove on one end of the club has an additional stage. The opposite end if the club is an upstairs VIP area that has a small stage. The interior appeared to be clean and well-maintained.

When I first arrived, I thought the dancers looked really sexy. I think that was due to a combination of me not being in a titty bar in over four months and the fact that this club is very dark. I couldn’t even read the lunch menu twelve inches in front of my face. Once you get up close and personal with the girls, they are not too good looking, probably in the 3 to 7 range. One pattern I noticed was that all of the dancers had stretch marks and all of them could have afforded to lose ten or twenty pounds. I wouldn’t say any were fat, but I would say they weren’t fit. I think almost all of them have had at least one child.

The lap dances are either topless for $20 or $30 for nude. During the noon to 3pm happy hour, topless dances are $10 and nude dances are $30, but I was told most dancers would agree to four nude dances for $100. The lap dances take place in a communal side room with not much privacy, and it supposedly had cameras, which I believe, because a guy at the entrance is monitoring a television screen of the lap dance room. Touching is mostly one-way. You can hold the dancers hips and graze over their bodies a bit, but you cannot touch their breasts. I tested the waters a little by combing my finger over a dancers covered vajayjay, and was met with resistance. One dancer let me grab her boobs but only when she was in a position that was out of the line of sight of the cameras. No dancers tried to overcharge me in the lapper room, and all dancers waited until a new song began until they started dancing for me. I guess the cameras are beneficial in regards to dancers not trying to rip off customers. I inquired about other one-on-one options. Supposedly, there is an expensive champagne room, something like $600 for an hour and $400 for a half hour, if I heard correctly. I was also told that bouncers would peek into the champagne rooms, preventing total privacy. From what I could gather, this is a clean club with no extras available.
