Well it has been a few...
Well it has been a few months since I was here and as the previous reviews have stated accurately, some things have gone downhill. I was there on Monday and some of the dancers that normally are here during the day-shift were not around. I heard rumors of some moving up to Oasis for more money. That makes since, but a club is only 50% of the equation for a good time. The other 50% are the dancers. They do migrate around as they are only seeing their dancing "careers" as a means to quick and plentiful cash. I do not think any dancer plans on this being a long time thing. Much to the credit of Follies management, they are not really cracking down on provocative dancer behavior. This is good and bad. First the good: A dance can be amazing depending on the dancer and the club does have a "let the dancer decide how far she will go with the customer" attitude. I approve of that message. I think most every customer does as well. Now the bad: Some dancers can not control themselves when it comes to over doing it with the alcohol and drugs or the alcoholic affects on 6-8 hours of booze, drugs, and rap music. Some dancers in the club today looked like they just needed a hug but they were just numbing themselves by over indulging to keep on dancing. I hope there is a balance in their routines so they don't take things too far. I know I sound almost judgmental and I am not trying to. I have had some AMAZING times at this place with the right dancer and the right attitude from the club, but when the balance gets out of whack, things can and do get kind of sad. Still this is a positive review view as I would recommend this place to anyone who is a heterosexual male or lesbian and female. It is what it is. The club knows how to run things very well. The girls just need to keep themselves in check so they do not over do it.
