The decor inside reminds of an old chinese restaurant. upon entering, you are greeted by either the old lady or old man. if you are a regular, they waive the cover as they assume you will be booking girls. for first timers, the cover is like 8 bucks or something like that. once inside, you get seated. if you brought your own booze, the waiter will take it and pour them into glasses and discard the evidence. this place doesnt have a liquor license. warning this place is expensive. they charge by the hour which is like $35 plus tip.
