I visited pretty early on a Friday night, so it was not really busy yet, and fairly few dancers were working. Most seemed to be busy working "regulars" at the bar- hanging out having a drink. The stage is behind the bar, which makes getting any value out of tipping a bit difficult, but I think this arrangement is standard for NY/NJ area. Girls are mostly pretty good. A couple girls (names escape me) have given me really good mileage in the private room with a bit of extra tip. Looking to upgrade to VIP next visit just out of curiosity.
