I enjoyed my first visit to Rick's New York City location, though unfortunately I did not have a lot of time to spend there. Drink prices are, as expected, extremely high (and I will add that I was dismayed to see such a short pour at the price, you might think they would at least try to earn a little good will!). But everyone I encountered was friendly and service oriented, from doormen to coat check to host to waitress. Dancers were quite attractive as a whole, and it would be easy to spend quite a bit of money here. But I felt comfortable even though not able to do so on this particular visit. I will most definitely return, most likely not on a weekend night, which is generally not my favorite time to visit such clubs. Nice to know there is a laid-back place with class entertainers to visit in NYC!
