What I like about Strip Joint...
What I like about Strip Joint is that it tells it like it is, this ain't no Gentleman's Club. It's not hard finding the place though it's set way back behind a wall off the main street. They have a sign out front and a sandwich board on the curb. It's in a run-down area of Pomona.
The parking is limited and when the place is popping there's not enough. Since I was there early, I noticed the dancers took the best spots, so if there are 15 to 20 girls in the place, there's not much room left for PLs. There's street parking, but like I said, not a great part of Pomona.
Inside the club is as plain and dull as the outside. A long rectagular room with a stage in the middle, small bar and bathrooms opposite corner from the entry. Walls are black with some orange-red LCD lights lining the stage and wall. The stage is set up like Tropical Lei with the rail about four feet from the stage, so the girls have to come off the stage to come to the rail. The rail is more like a wood plank painted black on posts with some damn uncomfortable chairs fixed on posts. There are couches along the back wall and the $10 dances are at the far end. VIPs are in separate rooms.
