I get here probably one week...

I get here probably one week a year, stay nearby so it would be foolish not to drop in a few times. This review covers a Tuesday and a Thursday afternoon visit. The club is two or so blocks from the mid-town Sheraton and the mid-town Hilton, so awfully convenient for those conventions and meetings. Interestingly, this was Superbowl week when I visited and the afternoons were not too busy. All, or almost all, the dancers were wearing tight short little NFL t-shirts. Cute.

Add-ons: $3 coat check plus tip. TIP THE BARTENDERS at least a couple of bucks. And then there is the faucet boy in the bano. Gotta tip him a buck for each time he tells you to "enjoy the tetas".

My recommendations: Afternoons! No cover (I think until 5) and 2-4-1 drinks until 3pm. Otherwise the drinks are NYC-priced (ie, vodka-tonic $17; Heineken $16) In the afternoons, the dancers will stop, sit and talk and some even provide some hands-on demonstration of how good a dance would be. Plus the private dance area is quieter, more roomy and, it seems to me, has more latitude. Always good looking dancers at FD but this trip had a welcome improvement. I found that the dancers were paying more attention to mr. happy in their dances, even a few very interested in giving him a hand, much more than I found the last time I was there (I did not find this to be the case in my Friday evening visit).
