Went during a weekend mid-afternoon. There was a cover, but it was reasonable. The girls are super friendly and not overly push. Drinks weren't overly expensive (just soda and mixers, it's BYOB). In the VIP they will get even friendlier. Picking the right girl could sometimes be a challenge as with most places the one that catches your eye often seems to not show up or just walk by, but as with everywhere persistence pays off. I would suggest getting the VIP as it's more reasonable that a lot of other places I've seen.
