I was visiting the Chicago area and decided to check out a club. Chose Polekatz based on TUSCL reviews. It was a freezing/snowing Tuesday night and I wasn't sure if there would be much happening at the club. When I drove up, I was happy to see the parking lot was full indicating that the place wasn't dead. Upon entering, I was greeted by a bouncer and showed to the coat check and then to the cashier to pay the cover charge of $5. Made some small talk with the bouncer and he escorted me in to find a table. The club is split-level with a main floor and an upstairs. The place seemed clean and well-maintained. It isn't a posh club but its not a dive either. The bouncer took me upstairs first which is furnished with comfortable chairs and low-top tables - more of a VIP lounge feel. There was one center stage with a pole and one dancer going on it. Downstairs had a larger stage with a pole on each end of the stage and 2 girls dancing at a time. I decided downstairs looked more fun so I asked to go downstairs and was escorted to a table downstairs. The tables downstairs are high-tops and the chairs have wooden seats and backs so not as comfy as upstairs but I was more interested in seeing the dancers than enjoying the chairs. There were also a couple of VIP-style seating areas downstairs around the perimeter of the main floor. Beers were like 3-4 bucks. As it turns out, Tuesday was half-price dance night and LDs were $10 for topless. I normally watch the rotation for a while before selecting a lady for a dance, but a pretty blonde with a fit body and big MMs approached and I went ahead and took her up on a topless dance. The dances are done in a separate area that is off to the side of the main floor and accessible through a doorway that is watched by a bouncer. This gives the LD area some privacy from the main floor, but there isn't much privacy within the LD area which has long, padded bench seating. The LD was good but the touching was pretty much limited to legs and ass. Overall I liked the place and would go back. The ladies were mostly in the 6-7 range and were friendly and not pushy. The hottest lady in the place was actually my cocktail waitress who went by Edith or Edna (I'm terrible with names). She was a smoking hot friendly blonde who later admitted that she used to dance in her college days.
