Yesterday was one of the heaviest...

Yesterday was one of the heaviest ice storms Portland has seen in over a decade, so many places had shut down early in the evening. Magic Gardens was one of the few that decided to stick it out, although I have never seen it as dead. There were 2 dancers (on a Saturday night) and 3 guys before we arrived around midnight. The ladies seemed to be having a good time despite the slow night and one even played a game of doubles pool with us. This is a small space with only one stage, and is a bit of a beater spot, but one I would probably stop by again for a casual few drinks.
