This place was once the skankiest (in a good way) and then got busted. Was bad, then now good, then now bad . . . There needs to be a constant check on whether to spend cover or not. With continued LE involved you could get busted anytime, OR you could have the time of your life. Roll the dice, but always have a backup plan.
