Went to BT’s Saturday night 2/1/14...

Went to BT’s Saturday night 2/1/14 around 11:00 p.m. Cover was $15 although it’s supposed to normally be $10 – door guy said it was $15 on this night b/c they were showing the UFC fight – I don’t give a f*** about the UFC fight and definitely do not want to pay extra cover b/c they are showing it. I paid the cover b/c I had not been to BT’s in at least 5 years or more and I had it mind to check it out. I just had a small bottle of water (~8 oz) and it was $5.

Parking in this area of South Miami is kind of tricky especially if one is used to plentiful free parking. BT’s is in a crowded area w/ many restaurants and bars. The entrance to the club is in the back per se - although one can see the club from US-1; the entrance to the club is not on the US-1 side but on the next tiny street parallel to US-1.

If you are coming from Kendal Dr (SW 88 st) as I was; the club will be on one’s right. One needs to go just past the club and make a right on the very 1st street past the club and then make an immediate right on a tiny, narrow, one way street that almost looks like an alley. Once you make a right on this tiny street; the entrance to the club is on your right – the clubs entrance is the same one as for a restaurant that is right next to the club. I believe the first parking lot one sees is for the restaurant and one needs to go down a little driveway on one’s slight left in order to find the parking lot for the club (it’s a bit tricky if one is not familiar with the area). I think I saw a sign that said BT’s free valet parking but I’m not sure about the parking situation since I inadvertently parked some place else which did not belong to the club.
