I have been going to the Hi Liter for a long time. Hands down, the Hi Liter is the best strip club in Phoenix. Comfortable neighborhood, plenty of parking. No cover during the afternoon. You can tell how the place is run by the dancers who keep coming back year after year. Almost all the girls rate at least a seven, with many eights and nines. Good variety of age, natural/enhanced. Not much racial diversity. At fifteen bucks a pop, the lap dances vary from extremely good contact to barely adequate. I have a few familiars that I can always count on to make my day enjoyable. Drink prices most reasonable, too.
