After a few rounds of drinks...

After a few rounds of drinks at the hotel bar, it was clear that more than a few of us were trapped in ATL because of the crazy weather. A few beers later we were ready to find some trouble. With nothing better to do (everywhere was closed) we managed to find a cabbie who was willing to take us to a club. The Oasis was actually his suggestion. Had this been Vegas, I might have argued the point, but none of us knew the Atlanta scene so what the hell? Might as well take some local advice. And to be honest, he didn't disappoint. My dancer quality rating is probably a bit high, but I'm giving the girls credit for risking their lives and coming out in a state of emergency. I'm sure a few of the top-end ladies stayed home, but the girls who showed up were pretty nice to look at. I didn't see any Playmate types, but there was still a pretty good selection on the menu. The only bad part was that we obviously weren't the only people with the idea of hitting a club, and the place was actually damn crowded on a Tuesday night! (Maybe everyone knew they weren't coming into work the next day?) With all the people, I didn't get a chance to spend any time with the girl I was eyeing up (Lace? Lacey?) but the other guys all said they had fun with their choices.

I will definitely check this place out again the next time I'm in Atlanta (which may be later tonight if this damn plane doesn't take off...)
