So when I lived in West Philly I checked this place out a couple times and it has gone downhill. Went over after work on a Tuesday night about 7:30 and there were 2 girls and maybe 6 customers all in the back corner. Girl on stage was just leaning on poll and other girl was sitting at bar texting. Maybe I just caught a bad night. It's local and easy to get to, and minus the guarantee that someone outside will ask you for money, it's always been a decent place to get a beer and chill. I will go on A weekend and see if it has changed for the worse or I just picked a slow night.
