This is a cool normal bar with both men and women which just so happens to have some topless dancers also. The cover charge is low, plus there's alcohol so it's actually a pretty mellow place to kick back, play pool, have a drink, and watch some topless dancers (some of whom are very hot). Not a mileage factory, but there are worse ways to spend an evening. This place is a strip club for social people who aren't pathetic losers.
