I worked here for 2yrs and built a great list of regular customers before I left. By far Saturdays are the busiest with golf outing guys and bachelor parties, but then again I've made $6k on a Sunday night. Floor hosts and management do encourage girls to do extras, I've been in several champagne rooms where Nick tells the guy "I'll take care of him" or walked past rooms where the guy is completely naked. The girls in my opinion are not above average, but look like regular women you see on the street that you're attractive to (hence why I'm now at a more upscale and exclusive club), however they are very friendly and play the party girl role.
