The Hip Hugger remains one of my favorite clubs and I'll sampled many over the years. The atmosphere is very much like a neighborhood bar with topless dancers. Not a lot of glitz and glitter here, which I happen to think is a plus.

As others have posted, the lap dances are very generous with hands allowed everywhere except for the kitty. But I've also found that some dancers are a little more "restrictive" than others. So, as the saying goes, your mileage may (will) vary.

You won't be disappointed.
