Broad overview
I've been to the Dragon a lot of times, though always in the evening/after midnight.
The parking lot is gravel, but not bad and free. Lighting is solid. You're going to get charged and probably wanded and/or patted down at the door, but the bouncers are by and large professionally nice. You'll have to get by the front desk blocking the relatively narrow entrance hall where you're going to get charged between $15 and $25 as a cover (no, I'm not kidding...have exact change, it'll help). Inside is large. A big bar to one side, where drinks are mostly beer (averaging $7 a bottle but with bucket deals) and booze exponentially higher. Bar stools are there, if you want them.
One big main stage, and two smaller stages. You've got poles and a variety of other things for the more acrobatic girls to do airial tricks on on the main stage. The private dance 'VIP' area is unfortunately right out in the open. Against one wall, in a corner, padded, built in bench seating. If you're really unlucky you might end up distressingly close to a bunch of other guys. This is a real limitation to any ITC extras you might be anticipating. There are tons of tables scattered around, with uncomfortable, cheap chairs, and a couple of pool tables.
This is an army base town, so the majority of the clientele are young, enlisted, military guys with too much money. That's your main competition for attention, after townies who already know a bunch of the talent and are probably just there to hang out with them. There will be some locals trying to spend though. Drunk military guys are always a potential problem, and with that being main clientele, tread somewhat carefully. Try to avoid military pay days as those guys will be in blowing huge amounts of money and occupying everyone on those nights/weekends.
However, the local talent is by and large attractive (7s, maybe even some 9s). A *lot* of local high school and/or didn't go to college girls end up cycling through here at some point, its an economically depressed area. The local drug problems and poverty is going to keep some of them here, too. They're also typically very friendly, and on a slow night/time will even just hang out and chat for extended periods. Though, as aforementioned, sometimes you'll see them doing this because other locals they're friends with just happen to be there.
If you're after extras, they're mostly going to have to happen OTC, but its very possible with a number of the girls on the right night. You may even be able to get away with some cheap to free hookups depending on what you have to share with the right girls.
