First time visiting Phoenix, so I decided to visit BSC based on reviews and rankings. The club isn't in the ghetto per se, but the neighborhood definitely wouldn't be confused with Scottsdale. Many good clubs are set in shady/industrial areas, so this did not bother me.

I arrived around 8 on a Wednesday evening, and as previous reviews have stated, this club is very dark with dim infrared looking lighting. I took my seat and was greeted by a good looking waitress who brought some popcorn (now the 'circus' in the name started to made sense to me).

For a top 10 ranked club, I was really surprised how small the club was. Only two stages were active. The plus is that the dancers here are all exotic, and most have huge bolt-ons. I typically like natural girls, but this place must have had the best plastic surgeon in Arizona hired by club management.
