I was in the are and...

I was in the are and had some time to kill on Saturday night before meeting up with friends so I dropped by Club Rouge. There was a $5 cover which not that common here in PDX (covers that is) but it wasn't a huge deal.

I got in the club around 11pm and it was fairly busy. Initially I grabbed a seat at the bar and scoped out the place from afar while having some drinks. The drink prices were average to average high compared to other Portland clubs. Beer is cheap enough but the hard liquor seems to be more expensive than other clubs.

After having some drinks at the bar I got change from the bartender and sat at the rack. Both stages were being used and the dancers were doing a 2 dance rotation. The one problem with the rack at this club is that they have limited seating there, so if it gets buy you might have trouble finding a seat there. I tipped the standard $2 per song and got some decent action at the rack and got a 'mini lap dance' from a few of the girls. Other girls gave me the up close look of the kitty as well which was nice.
