I have been a regular at Leather & Lace University for the past 2.5 years or so. The club was remodeled during the Summer 2013 and has a nice cozy and clean feel to it. Even the men's restroom was remodeled. This is not a huge club, but is a little larger and nicer than the L&L South club. The VIP is very nice and private. They seem to leave you alone, especially in the afternoon shift. Table dances are $5 per song until 4PM, but it is obvious that some of the girls do not like dancing for only $5. If you make it clear that you are willing to pay a little more or at least get dances for 20 or 30 minutes or longer, they are more likely to grind with lots of contact, letting you touch and perhaps get a few kisses planted on their bodies. But for just 1 or 2 dances at $5 each, they don't offer much to you except an air dance. Also, there is no cover charge for members before 7PM, but it costs $10 to enter after 7. Finally, as in most clubs, the hustle-factor varies. I have always found that if you politely let a girl know that you are not interested, she will just move on.

The dancers rate between 3 and 9. There is a good mix of white, african-american, and a few latinas. Occasionally I have seen a few asian girls. You can usually expect much higher quality in the evening shift. There does not seem to be much drama going on between the girls, and that is a huge plus. That has not always been the case however. The VIPs can be very good, but that depends on the girl. Some do not do any more in the VIP than what they do on the floor. Others will do a lot more, but they need to get to know you. On my last visit last Tuesday night, there was an influx of about five or six girls from the Gold Club in Charlotte who decided to come down and work for the evening. I think some of the regular LL girls were a little miffed about that, but everyone seemed get along fine. I spent about an hour with one of my favorites. She sat in my lap and chatted with me for about 20 minutes before doing 5 lap dances at $10 each. The dances were great with some serious grinding and her breasts close to my mouth for most of the time. We didn't do the VIP that night because I was just a little short on cash (they cost $25 per song). I will continue to be a regular here; I just really like the laid-back feel of the club. My only dislike is that one of the new DJs on the evening shift has started to play too much ghetto rap songs. The other regular DJ on night shift plays a great mix of songs. I definitely recommend this club.
