It pains me to write this...
It pains me to write this review but I really hope to see some improvement out of this place. Back when it was Deja Vu I LOVED coming here with friends because it was a fun and exciting atmosphere to have some drinks and see some beautiful bodies. Now it's The Library, and things have changed. The first thing I noticed is that it was DEAD for a $2 Tuesday. This place used to be packed (like, can't find anywhere to sit packed) on Tuesdays but now there's maybe 15-20 customers there. The interior looks nicer than before, with lighted pillars and nicer furnishings for the VIP section. There is no longer a "Champagne Room". The infamous Make It Rain machine is gone. There is new lighting that reflects off the mirrors on stage and constantly shined directly in my eyes - even if momentarily. This place still serves food but after a month of being open it still doesn't have a menu. There are only TWO weekly specials - $2 Tuesday and $3 Drafts on Sunday. Deja Vu had a special every day and their old 25 cent wings and $5 pitchers on Sunday and Monday was my favorite. Now I don't know why I would come on any day other than Tuesday.
The dancers here are mostly the same but since it's not very busy anymore they all have gotten even lazier on stage and especially when it comes to going around and offering dances. I wanted one but I was there for 2 hours and only one girl ever came up to me. There were probably around 10 girls in house for what is usually their busiest night. There was one fugly chick, a couple girls were 8's and the rest were pretty fucking average. Dance prices are still $20 but they have some new VIP section that they didn't explain at all so I can't offer any details. Overall I doubt I'll come back unless I'm incredibly bored or stuck in Redlands for a while - neither the drink prices nor the dance/dancer quality justify it anymore. Library, please step your game up and make this place fun again.
