The Blockist had been absent from the Circus for a while, so he visited last week for an update. What could possibly go wrong, he asked himself?

Most of the regular Circus performers were present, including one of the Blockist's favorites among all the Block dancers. However, three other favorites were also there, including an old friend who was returning to Block life following a recent bereavement! What to do... what to do? The Blockist has, on occasion, enjoyed a twofer, but a fourfer? Not in the Blockist's menu nor within the Blockist's budget!

The resolution was not optimal, but so far no shots to the head. It seemed appropriate to spend time catching up with the long-time acquaintance with vague promises to return soon to catch up with others. A good time was had by at least two, if not all. Given the typical degree of turnover at Block bars, it's likely that the coincidence quotient will be lower at the next visit, so the Blockist will be returning to The Circus soon.
