After a long hiatus, I decided to give the Oasis a try again. Like many other clubs, they seem to follow a cycle Hot/cold/hot/cold. I think the current trend would be "warming/but not quite hot." This place has been frigid the past 12 to 18 months but with the closing of their sister joint, Christine's, there's not too much along the "automall." Oasis seems to have loosened up a bit, not enough in my opinion, but heading in the right direction.

I stopped by on a Monday, late afternoon. The place was fairly quiet, about a dozen or so patrons and 5 or 6 girls. It seems that there are always 2 or 3 girls sitting at the bar (playing on their cell phones) and several more, quantity unknown, in a dressing area (not open to the public).

I never expect complete satisfaction at this place, so I just figured I'd come by for a little fun. Older blond dancing on stage, skinny, but been around the track too many times. A hot latino chick making her way around the bar hitting guys up for singles and trying for a lap dance. I decided to give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised.
