I just can't seem to figure...

I just can't seem to figure this place out. I was here a month or two ago and had the time of my life- a fantastic VIP experience with a nice black girl that left me very happy and content.

I decide to try and recreate some magic and go back last week. A complete waste of time. 80 percent of the girls are drink and stumbling around at 5.00pm. As I am chatting with a nice looking girl at the bar another patron comes up and stands in between us to start talking to her. He was drunk too. At 6.00 there was a shift change and all the girls disappeared for nearly an hour.

Bristol has always been inconsistent but it seems to be getting even worse than before.
