Club 203 is off I-40 Exit...

Club 203 is off I-40 Exit 203 about 8 miles east of Moriarty, NM. It is located near the site of the old Longhorn Ranch Route 66 tourist trap. The totems flanking the entrance to 203 are from the old Longhorn, which is pretty much gone now excepted for the twisted sign. There is lots of space for parking there, as well as a cafe and motel, so it is a favorite of truckers to stop and rest.

The club is fairly barebones, with a bar in one corner, a stage in another and a lap dance area in the other. The lap dance area is not too private, being partitioned off one corner and pretty much open to the rest of the club on one side. Dancers usually don’t show up until 8:00 PM and start dancing after that. Lots of the dancers are from Albuquerque clubs that can’t work in Albuquerque for one reason or another, either they don’t have the ability/looks any more or have been fired for inappropriate behavior. So your experience here is likely to be mediocre.

I suppose that if you are passing through it might be worth stopping, but the clubs in Albuquerque are head and shoulders above Club 203. If you are a trucker looking for some diversion, I suppose it is OK, but if you are a NM resident or even visiting, it is probably not worth your time.
