I've been to Scandals many times and usually have a good time. It looks pretty nice, has one room with one large stage where 2-4 girls dance at any one time, topless. The bar circles around the stage; the closest you can sit is at the bar, so you can't touch the girls on stage; after dances, they come around to the bar to collect tips. You can also sit on couches on the main floor.

I usually look for the cheaper, higher-mileage places, but unfortunately most of those kinds of clubs are in more dangerous neighborhoods. The good thing about this club is that it is in a safe area. The mileage isn't that high though, unfortunately, no real extras to be had, as the dance area is not very private and the guard comes and peeks in every once in a while to see what's going on (the dance area is a separate room behind a curtain, with four couch-chairs next to each other, separated by dividers). However, the girls are pretty hot on the most part, lots of latinas, some whites and some blacks. The girls are friendly, and give pretty decent dances, with nice grinding. The price is pretty cheap...before 8pm, there is no cover, 20 bucks per dance (becomes 40 after 8pm), and 5 water bottles (1 drink minimum; I never ordered any other drinks).
