It's very easy to get to this club. Head to the Baldwin LIRR station and you can't miss it. Inside the place is nice. Nice lighting, lots of girls, most of them foreign (Russian, Latinas, even a couple of Africans). They've learned the hard sell so be strong and say no if you have to and wait for the one you want. During the afternoon rush hour the place WILL get packed with all the commuters who don't want to go home. I've done both private dances and VIP. Private dance was worthless and the VIP was much more expensive, but more worth it than the dances.
