I had been in Tobie's about 15 or so years ago. It was a dump! I am happy to say there had been a drastic change in the interior. Very elegant looking for a small club. I was just passing by, so figured I would stop and check it out. I only saw 2 dancers (it was about 1:30 PM). Both were decent looking, no barbie dolls though. I had a beer, sat at the bar. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that things would have improved with the number of gals, but I did not have a lot of time to kill. After the beer, I left. One dancer did walk by and speak and then disappeared and never saw her again. Overall, it might be a club to revisit if I am in the area, but I definitely won't make a special trip to go there again. I wasn't going to spend a lot of time because from what I hear on other reviews, the mileage is low at the club (as it is in most of the Jax clubs)
