Was back in Connecticut for the holidays, so I decided to stop by some of my old hangouts, starting with Elan's.

Been about two years since I've been there and nothing has changed except for the disappearance of Russian girls.

Place is very clean and comfortable. Dancing still takes place behind the bar, so that's the best place to sit. Girls do a three song rotation, tops of during song two. Third song they come looking for a tip, but a buck or two works. I like the setup that way as it's easier to get drinks and more of a laid back feel. Keeps away the make it rain douches.
