My first visit to Mons Venus had some ups and downs, but nothing I would dock it a star for. Bottom line, if you don’t mind the lack of alcohol and privacy for dances, Mons Venus is absolutely worth a visit or ten.

Thanks to a convenient opening in my schedule, I arrived at the MV at around 2 PM on a post-holiday Thursday. Seemed clean, on the small side with only one stage and no private areas. Cover is $20, and you have to buy a non-alcoholic drink before you can get any dances (water is $2 with tip expected). Might be worth noting that I was wearing athletic pants; no one complained about this and I got one compliment on how soft they were. The ladies are full nude. Touching with your hands is allowed except between the legs, and I managed a few light kisses to the breasts, neck, etc. with no complaints from the dancers. Everyone I danced with put their breasts on my face at least once as well. Obviously the man’s clothes stay on.

At my time of arrival there were only two girls. They assured me it was due it being a weird day. The first dancer to approach me, a Latina, was an 8 in appearance; a body with no notable flaws, but nothing really distinctive about her either. She whisked me around to a couch that faces away from the stage and toward a full-wall mirror. I negotiated 3 songs for $60. Her lapdance style was sensual, but a bit too on the gentle side to really get me going. The other early-shift dancer, a white brunette, was also an 8 for me; her body not quite as “flawless,” but her face and personality more friendly and distinctive. I went for the 3 for $60 routine again. She had a “crescendo” LD style, sensual on the first song, graduating to intense grinding in the third. She actually took it a bit too far in the third song to where it hurt a little (of course I probably could have told her what I liked best, so it’s partially on me).
