I've just gotten home from my first visit to Harpers II in several years. The club is welcoming from the time you get through the front door. There was a very large doorman working the front, and while this type guy is usually gruff and tries to come off intimidating, the gentleman working tonight was very personable. The dancers, waitstaff, and other patrons were all equally friendly once inside.

This is an all nude club where the girls dance two song sets where the first song is topless, and the second is full nude. We easily spent four hours in the club, and while not all girls are A+, most were good quality and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. There were a couple that you could tell were only there for the money, but most seemed to be having fun while they danced. All the dancers seemed to get along nicely, and the club didn't seem as clique-ish as some.

Harpers II has a laid back atmosphere and is nicely furnished. Large stage-to-ceiling mirrors serve as a backdrop for the stage, with glass block walls to either side. The stage itself is a "T" style with steps leading from the seating area to the main catwalk where you can tip at eye-level to the performer, or there are tipping stations at either end of the length of the stage where you can be up close and personal at a little lower than eye-level. There is a pole slightly off center stage that most of the dancers used and used well. I was truly impressed by how skilled some of these dancers were on the pole.
